About the Role
Crusoe’s Service Desk team plays a critical role in troubleshooting, configuring, and resolving issues across servers, networks, infrastructure, SaaS applications, and file shares. You’ll partner closely with teams across the company and external vendors to elevate the user experience and keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Working On:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across networks, infrastructure, and SaaS applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to improve system performance and deliver seamless user support.
- Own complex issues end to end, from initial report through resolution, documenting outcomes and driving system improvements.
- Administer and configure cloud identity platforms, MDM automation, and MDR/XDR tools to keep the IT ecosystem secure and efficient.
- Lead technology rollouts and system upgrades as part of company-wide infrastructure initiatives.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Strong background in cloud identity management platforms (SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA).
- Hands-on experience with MDM automation tools such as Google MDM, Kandji, or Intune.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with MDR/XDR platforms such as Sophos XDR, CrowdStrike, or Huntress.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems, IT documentation platforms, and SaaS management.
- Experience working as a project-oriented engineer, comfortable leading initiatives end to end.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to self-start, collaborate, and problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of IT systems experience.
- Prior experience working in large enterprises with significant user bases.
- Previous NOC/SOC experience.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $100,000 – $120,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
