Location: South Plainfield, NJ
Shift: M-F 9am-5pm

In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, improve processes, support solution design, and help ensure high-quality software delivery through effective testing and automation.
The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis capabilities, hands-on quality assurance experience, and a continuous improvement mindset to support reliable, customer-focused technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and system requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of business requirements, including initiation, development, review, and sign-off.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to design solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder reviews, and formal sign-off processes.
- Communicate project issues, risks, and concerns clearly and timely.
- Ensure compliance with corporate information security, privacy, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data to validate business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for API, UI, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Track, document, and report testing results, defects, risks, and quality metrics.
- Continuously improve test coverage, automation effectiveness, and QA processes.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
- 4+ years of experience in QA processes, methodologies, planning, and testing preferred.
- Demonstrated planning, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience testing web applications required.
- Experience with SQL and database validation testing, including select and join statements, preferred.
- Experience testing cloud and/or mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Experience with API testing and UI automation tools.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
