Coleto Brands, parent company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is hiring experienced General Warehouse Associates to join our growing distribution team in Jefferson, GA. If you're an experienced Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operator who enjoys staying active, working with a dependable team, and making an impact every day, we’d love to meet you.

We’re hiring for both A and B shifts. During the application process, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your preferred shift.

Available Shifts:

  • A Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • B Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Overtime as needed

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks and pacers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products
  • Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Participate in team/safety meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Certification in Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • 1-2 years’ experience in distribution or warehouse setting
  • Ability to shift operational priorities and business needs
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively

Requirements

  • Must be able and willing to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment at elevated heights of up to 35 feet
  • Must be able and willing to work overtime as required, including extended shifts and/or weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
