About Analog Devices

# The Company:

Our ADI Empower semiconductor team based in Silicon Valley, powers the AI revolution with its FinFastTM technology by reducing the energy footprint and total cost of ownership of data centers. Its transformational integrated voltage regulators deliver on-demand scalable power with the speed, precision and signal integrity required by AI processors. Empower’s power-management architecture shrinks solution footprint, height and component count, achieving vertical power delivery with unprecedented power density and efficiency.

# The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with strong data analysis skills to support new product introduction and production ramp for power management ICs. This role works cross‐functionally with design, test, operations, fabs, and OSAT partners to ensure product quality and yield meet targets. The ideal candidate can work independently, drive technical direction, and collaborate effectively in a fast‐paced, multidisciplinary environment.

# In this job you will:

  • Own and manage product data across NPI through production ramp, ensuring accuracy and readiness for high‐volume manufacturing
  • Analyze test, yield, and manufacturing data to drive quality, reliability, and yield improvements
  • Support qualification, ramp, and sustaining activities with fabs and OSAT partners
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally with design, test, operations, and manufacturing teams to resolve data‐driven issues
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision‐making and change management
  • Support program management activities, including milestone planning, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain product documentation, including release notes, qualification reports, and technical specifications.
  • Identify and address production inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements to enhance throughput and reduce cycle time.
  • Monitor WIP and cycle time, providing feedback to operations and engineering teams for process optimization.

# You bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in semiconductor NPI, product engineering, data engineering, or manufacturing operations
  • Strong experience analyzing electrical test, yield, reliability, and manufacturing data
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, JMP, Excel, or similar) and data visualization/reporting
  • Hands‐on experience working with fabs, OSATs, and cross‐functional engineering teams
  • Solid understanding of IC manufacturing flows, qualification, and production ramp
  • Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to drive root‐cause analysis and data‐driven decisions
  • Self‐motivated, able to work independently, and effective in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment
