Turn prints into real-world results - Work from blueprints, material requests, method sheets, and written work instructions to deliver quality parts.

Shape perfection – Machine components to extremely close tolerances, achieving exact squareness, concentricity, parallelism, and finish.

Innovate with Engineering – Partner on custom jobs and process improvements that push manufacturing forward.

Equip for success – Select, set, and load tools; perform first-piece runoffs and validate setups.

Guard quality at every step – Measure and inspect in-process and finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.

Share what you know- Support and train fellow machinists on setups, best practices, and job-specific tasks.

Keep machines running strong – Perform routine maintenance and jump in to troubleshoot CNC issues so production stays efficient and reliable.
