We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead and drive the Artificial Intelligence & Analytics stream within our D&T organization. Key Responsibilities:

AI & Analytics Leadership

  • Lead and direct the strategic Artificial Intelligence & Analytics stream within the D&T ecosystem to maximize team outcomes
  • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert across the organization to guide internal data strategies
  • Understand complex partner requirements and translate them into augmented experiences that elevate overall user workflows

Predictive Modeling & Custom ML

  • Design, build, and deploy advanced analytical and statistical machine learning models to effectively guide business decisions
  • Construct custom predictive and prescriptive machine learning models tailored for preventative system health checks
  • Architect automated root cause analysis tools and advanced system log analytics to discover critical data insights

Ecosystem Integration

  • Synthesize and enable high-performing automation solutions within the core software technologies driving the CMO organization
  • Embed intelligent data models seamlessly into enterprise platform tools including Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Collaborate across technical lines to integrate distinct data layers into a single, active operational fabric

Job Requirements:

Technical Expertise

  • Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling to design predictive infrastructure and deploy statistical algorithms
  • Data Mining & Analytics to process large-scale datasets and extract operational insights
  • Salesforce & ServiceNow Development to embed automated logic and workflows within standard corporate tools
  • Python / R Programming to write clean, scalable data science code and maintain custom software modules
  • System Log Analytics to observe system health metrics and interpret log data patterns

Professional Experience

  • Solution Translation to convert real-world stakeholder requirements into production-ready software deployments
  • Project Orchestration to independently manage analytics initiatives from initial data gathering through final model deployment
  • Technical Communications to explain complex technical concepts with complete clarity to both non-technical and executive partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with building agentic or delegate workflows within cloud enterprise architecture
  • Experience designing cognitive shortcuts or system checks that reduce operational friction for global technical teams

Target Base Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or an IT related field
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data mining, or machine learning
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
