Mana Resources is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Every day, you'll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Prepare meals and assist with medications
- Support community outings and recreational activities
- Encourage independence and skill development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home
- Complete documentation and communicate with the care team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with reliable, insured, registered transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training available)
- Experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person

Current Openings
- Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Weekend Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
