Description

AlleraIT Solutions, LLC is hiring Senior-Level Acquisition Support Specialists to provide expert advisory and analytical support across the full Federal acquisition lifecycle for Government, from acquisition planning through contract closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply FAR and HHSAR to procurement actions across a range of complexity levels
  • Conduct acquisition management reviews, assessments, and program/agency-level analyses
  • Develop procurement request packages and support planning, solicitation, award, administration, and closeout activities
  • Monitor Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) and recommend process improvements
  • Prepare and review acquisition strategies, SOWs/PWS, IGCEs, source selection plans, and business case analyses
  • Support source selection activities, including evaluation documentation
  • Provide contract administration support (invoice review, post-award conferences, file documentation)
  • Support FOIA request responses involving procurement-sensitive information

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience across the Federal acquisition lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (in lieu of a degree, 15 years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience will be accepted)
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR and HHSAR
  • Experience with automated acquisition/contract writing systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting NIH or HHS acquisition organizations
  • Experience with PRISM, NBS, IPPS, MERLIN, FPDS-NG, and/or SAM.gov
  • FAC-C (Professional) or equivalent acquisition certification
