Class A Truck Driver | OTR Solo & Training Roles at ASB Freight Co. — Dallas, TX

Ready for an OTR position with options? We're hiring Class A CDL drivers who can choose to run solo or take on a Driver Mentor role for additional earning opportunities.

### Solo Driver Details

Experienced solo drivers earn $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on experience.

• Typically 10–14 days OTR

• No-touch freight

• Consistent mileage opportunities

• Weekly pay

• Home time between runs

• Late-model equipment

• Additional incentives may apply

### Driver Mentor Program

Qualified drivers who want to increase their earning potential can train new CDL holders while running OTR.

Mentors receive:

• $0.45–$0.55 CPM base pay, based on experience

• +$0.10 CPM while mentoring

• Up to +$0.10 CPM productivity pay

• Additional bonus opportunities

• Priority mileage opportunities

Training assignments are generally around 11 days. Drivers can take home time or return to solo driving between students—you don't have to mentor continuously.

### New CDL Holders Can Apply

Don't have three months of experience yet? Training opportunities are available for new Class A CDL holders.

New drivers start at $0.35 CPM while completing training and building their first three months of qualifying experience. Once three months are completed, drivers may move into the experienced pay range of $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on applicable qualifications.

### What You'll Need

Experienced Solo and Mentor applicants need at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

All applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, meet applicable DOT and company hiring requirements, and be authorized to work in the United States.
