Position: Critical Intervention Specialist
Location: Roseville (and surrounding areas including Rocklin & Sacramento), In-Person/Onsite Required
Reports to: Program Director
Employment Status: Full-time, Exempt
Required Education: Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), Counseling (Clinical, School, or Guidance), Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). One year of experience working with persons with challenging behaviors is required.
Salary: $72,510.98 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Who You Are
- Must hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), Counseling (Clinical, School, or Guidance), Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Experience in the mental health or applied behavior analysis field required.
- Experience supporting individuals with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Must have a California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance.
The Job:
- Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management.
- Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review.
- Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.
- Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls.
- Participate in clinical trainings
- Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.

- Initial Phone Screen.
- Final face-to-face panel Interview.
