Undersea Systems Deputy Cyber Project ManagerThe Opportunity:
Join our team as a Deputy Cyber Program Manager supporting cybersecurity, accreditation, and systems engineering activities for U.S. Navy undersea systems. You’ll help drive program execution while also identifying opportunities to expand cyber resourcing, strengthen mission support, and position the team for future growth. This role blends cyber technical leadership with trusted client engagement and proactive business development awareness.
What You’ll Work On:
- Support program leadership across schedule, cost, staffing, deliverables, and risk.
- Coordinate RMF activities, security documentation development, and eMASS workflows.
- Partner with ISSMs/ISSOs, validators, NAVSEA cybersecurity authorities, and undersea system owners to achieve ATO outcomes.
- Develop senior level briefs, acquisition documentation, and cyber governance artifacts.
- Identify emerging mission needs and propose scalable cyber engineering and RMF support resources.
- Contribute to proposal inputs, resourcing strategies, and development of new tasking aligned to undersea cyber modernization.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships to support follow on work and long-term portfolio growth

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or technical program execution
- 5+ years of experience supporting U.S. Navy Undersea Programs
- Experience with RMF, cybersecurity engineering, and full ATO lifecycle execution
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology, management, or cybersecurity field
- IAM Level II certification
Nice If You Have:
- 10+ years of experience supporting Navy acquisition or In Service Programs
- 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading technical or cybersecurity efforts
- Experience supporting BD tasks such as proposal development, level of effort planning, or identifying new mission scope
- CISSP, CISM, or IAM Level III certification
