Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, storing, moving, picking, and shipping materials in a warehouse and distribution environment. Supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Unload trucks and verify packing slips
• Put away inventory into designated warehouse locations
• Pick and stage customer orders
• Package and prepare outbound shipments
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of warehouse experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Material handling experience
• RF scanner experience
• Inventory control or cycle counting experience
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, or freight shipments
• Forklift or reach truck experience preferred

Nice to Have

• SAP, Oracle, or WMS experience
• Industrial distribution or manufacturing warehouse experience
• OSHA forklift certification

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties
• Ability to work overtime as needed
