Core Responsibilities:

To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required:

  • Generate valid and accurate Wireless test results in accordance with CISPR, FCC, ISO, ETSI and IEC/EN standards.
  • Follow the specific Wireless standards and (C63.10) for all Wireless tests.
  • Perform verification on test instruments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Follow internal quality processes and procedures.
  • Update METrak daily for project related tasks
  • Complete and upload project data sheets to METrak daily
  • Review EMC test reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Participates in professional technical training, conferences and in-person client meetings as needed
  • Communicate and report significant negative and/or positive feedback to leadership timely for addressing project related customer issues
  • Adheres to all company policies regarding Quality Assurance & Control, Ethics and Health & Safety
  • Displays an enthusiastic demeanor to support a positive work environment
  • Initiate and respond to calls and email from customers promptly per customer service expectations.
  • Guide customers (and potential customers) on regulatory/market requirements by being resourceful and responsive.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

As-needed Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to team efforts of customer arrivals, scheduling, and conflict resolution
  • Other duties as deemed appropriate by management and for which management believes adequate experience exists, or for which knowledge can be easily obtained to perform such duties
  • Travel as needed according to company guidelines
  • 3 years of experience with Intentional Radiator requirements:
  • FCC, ISED, EU RED.
  • Ability to perform all tests outlined in the following standards:
  • FCC Part 15 Subpart C and E, 22, 24, 27, 90; ETSI EN 300 328, ETSI EN 301 893, ETSI EN 301 908-1.
  • Proficient configuring cellular signaling equipment to communicate with Equipment Under Test.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a group setting with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to details and good documentation skills
  • Must have computer (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and office related skills

Physical Demands:

  • Office/Desk working environment
  • Ability to navigate lab operational lab setting

Compensation

  • • The salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule

  • • The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
