Front Desk Receptionist – Pure Serenity Health Spa

We’re growing and looking for someone who truly sets the tone the moment a client walks through the door.

At Pure Serenity, our front desk isn’t just about checking people in—it’s about creating a calming, seamless experience from start to finish. If you naturally bring grounded, peaceful energy while staying sharp and on top of everything behind the scenes... this could be your spot.

Schedule

PART TIME We have a couple shifts opening & closing shifts and a min of 2 Saturdays a Month

Tuesday – Saturday

Start time between 7–9 AM

End time: 830 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming clients and creating a calm, inviting first impression
  • Managing bookings, rescheduling, and filling last-minute openings
  • Keeping provider schedules full and flowing smoothly
  • Handling phones, texts, and client communication with ease
  • Supporting a team of 13 professionals with clear communication
  • Managing cash handling and daily transactions with accuracy
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and tracking outstanding balances
  • Collecting on outstanding payments in a professional and respectful way
  • Staying on top of daily tasks, organization, and follow-through
  • Navigating busy moments with confidence, grace, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior receptionist experience (required)
  • Experience with cash handling and basic accounting tasks preferred
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Efficient, driven, and self-motivated
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multitask without feeling overwhelmed
  • Confident communication skills with both clients and team
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and diffuse challenging situations
  • Someone who takes initiative and works well independently
