About the Role
Crestwood Village Co Op Four Inc is looking for a dependable and adaptable Part-time Floating Clerk (15 hours per week. Mon 9-2, Tues 10-3 and Fri 10-3) to join our team in Manchester Township, NJ. This position offers paid sick time only pursuant to NJ State law. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a busy, community-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support across multiple departments or locations as needed
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage filing, data entry, and record-keeping tasks accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route communications appropriately
- Assist with processing paperwork, correspondence, and office documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations and step in where coverage is needed
- Maintain organized and tidy work areas across assigned locations
Requirements
- Prior clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling availability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
