Position Overview We are looking for a warm, patient, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Candidates should be reliable, engaging, and passionate about early childhood care.

Schedule

Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Full‐time, 1 position available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands‐on care to toddlers throughout the day
• Support developmental milestones through age‐appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Assist with daily routines including meals, diapering, and transitions
• Follow center policies and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or toddler classrooms preferred
• Education in Early Childhood (CDA, coursework, or related degree) preferred
• High school diploma required
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain a structured, nurturing environment

Compensation

Pay rate based on experience and qualifications.
