Our Hoosier location in Lakeville, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team.

As a Warehouse Associate with Hoosier Racing Tire, you'll have an exciting opportunity to ensure our products are stored and shipped safely to meet customer demands!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Operate warehouse equipment & forklifts to receive and ship product as required.
  • Properly receive, handle, and store product as directed.
  • Keeping work areas neat, clean, and orderly in order to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production.
  • Follow all warehouse Safety and environmental policies.

THE ENVIRONMENT

  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as steel toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses as needed
  • The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise
  • The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Ability to follow instructions written in standard English.
  • Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, climb, squat, crawl, reach and twist frequently.
  • Ability to lift 20-75 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs. plus (with assistance).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.
  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Warehouse experience preferred
