About the Role
Palm Beach Tan is looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our store! In this role, you'll drive sales performance, build a winning team, and create an exceptional tanning experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Manage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required
- Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets
- Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and an ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
