Full job description

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Support resource management activities at the discretion of the Resource Planning Manager.
  • Assist in compiling information necessary to start homes, including permits, plot plan. JIO's, etc and provide to field team ahead of planned start date. Manage to distribution of any field documents revised after initial documents were sent to the field.
  • Proficient in using Pulte-supported systems, including Schedules, BWP, Transact, Concur, etc.
  • Interacts daily with municipalities and trade partners, including inspection fee payments, resolving municipality issues, and resolving trade partner requests for information.
  • Assist in executing the digital management and storage of approved permit documents.
  • Manage information/content on “Build With Pulte” website.
  • Assist RPM in producing capacity and trend reports to support department production meetings.
  • Process invoices for payment by accurately assigning costs to correct lots, using Transact and Concur.
  • Adhere to "Clean Sweep" Policy when saving department records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Requires operational knowledge of systems and procedures.
  • Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Some job areas may require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.

  • Strong computer skills; literacy in scheduling software, MS Office
