### Compensation & Route Blueprint

• Daily Guarantee: $247 fixed daily rate whenever you work
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,500 gross per week
• Calculated Annual Salary: $72,800 – $78,000 per year
• Target Weekly Volume: 1,600 – 1,900 consistent miles
• Freight Handling: 100% Driver No-Touch Freight (drop-and-hook and store drop-offs)
• Territory Coverage: Serves stores across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan

### Schedule & Home Time

• Weekly Home Time: Dispatches out Sunday, returning home every Friday afternoon for a full 34-hour weekend reset
• Shift Reality: Involves both day and night driving, store deliveries to retail malls, multi-stop drops, and tight backing situations
• Holiday Schedule: Guaranteed off on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (typically dispatches on alternating calendar holidays)

### Prerequisites & Benefits

• Driver Credentials: Active Class A Commercial Driver's License and current DOT Medical Card; 21+ years old
• Experience Tiers: Accepting CDL-A graduates/trainees (0 months experience) as well as experienced solo drivers and team operations
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 75 miles of hiring hubs in Indianapolis, Indiana, or Gary, Indiana
• Background Check: MVR must reflect no severe preventable collisions over the last 5 years, with job tenure showing no more than 4 driving employers in the trailing 12 months. Mandatory completion of pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
