Lithia & Driveway | Vehicle Inventory Services Administrator

We're looking for a Vehicle Inventory Services Administrator to support our inventory operations team. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring vehicle inventory records, invoices, and flooring transactions are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. You'll work behind the scenes with internal teams, systems, and data to help keep our operations moving forward.

Location: Medford, OR (Onsite)

Compensation Range: $16.85–24.05/hr, with a typical starting range of $19.00–$21.00/hr. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records using multiple systems, databases, and manufacturer platforms.
  • Review, validate, and process inventory transactions, flooring payoffs, and related documentation.
  • Manage assigned store inventories, work queues, and requests while ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Research discrepancies, make necessary corrections, and verify information across multiple sources.
  • Pull, create, and post invoices for new vehicle inventory while maintaining data integrity.
  • Monitor inventory notices and communicate issues, unusual findings, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and support efficient inventory operations.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

  • Advanced attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience reconciling, validating, or analyzing information across multiple sources
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
