What You Will Do: Our OSINT Governance and Policy Specialist will provide support to our team's policy and governance lead by performing a variety of both complex and routine administrative, project management and analytical duties ranging from administrative tasks such as scheduling briefings and meetings and maintaining program files, to more complex tasks such as collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for various program documents.

Duties include to following but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the drafting of complex legal and policy documents, as well as the proofreading and editing of such documents.
  • Ranking tasks in order of importance and impending deadlines and handles several complicated tasks simultaneously.
  • Coordinating meetings, supporting planning of analyses, managing documents, maintaining project files, and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of Army and Intelligence Community OSINT policies and procedures.
  • Will be expected to become familiar with office/division technical issues and policies.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

This position is 100% onsite at client location with limited telework options.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • EIGHT (8) or more years' professional experience surrounding operational effectiveness, project management, data analytics, policy and governance, etc.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are imperative
  • Experience producing varied written products and creating and analyzing reports
  • Experience analyzing and overseeing various business and staffing processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a national security or OSINT-related mission
  • General understanding of Intelligence Community and/or Department of War policies, regulations, organization, force management, function, and strategic direction
