Full job description

You own a cargo van. We have the work. Partner with Eagle running electric scooters and e-bikes across the DMV on your own schedule. You pick your hours. How much you earn is up to you.

What you earn

Top operators earn $2,000 or more per week. Steady operators clear $1,200 or more per week. Paid weekly, per completed and verified task. No hourly cap and no hourly floor - the more you move, the more you make. Refer another driver and earn a bonus for every one who starts.

What you'll do

  • Swap low batteries on e-scooters and e-bikes for charged ones
  • Deploy scooters and e-bikes to assigned zones
  • Move and rebalance units to meet demand across the region
  • Retrieve units for maintenance or removal

What you need

  • Your own cargo van, any size - Transit, Sprinter, ProMaster, Express, Savana, Transit Connect, ProMaster City, NV200, or a pickup with a bed cover, all qualify (no box trucks or SUVs)
  • 21 or older
  • Valid DC, MD, or VA driver's license
  • Vehicle registration and insurance
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Smartphone with a data plan
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Set up as a 1099 independent contractor, not an employee
