# Landscape Crew Member
Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping Co. | Moraine, OH $17–$20/hour | Full-Time | Weekly Pay
Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping Co. is looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our growing landscaping team.
If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this could be a great fit. You'll work alongside an experienced team on a variety of residential and commercial landscaping projects.
What You'll Do
- Landscape maintenance and property cleanup
- Assist with landscape and hardscape installations
- Tree care and seasonal projects
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work with your crew to complete quality projects on time
- Assist with snow removal during the winter season
What We're Looking For
- What We're Looking For:
- Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Available Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Dependable and ready to work
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but we're also interested in dependable people who are willing to learn.
- Experience with hardscaping, drain tile, garden design, or landscaping equipment is a bonus.
What We Offer: $17–$20 per hour
Weekly pay
Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
3% SIMPLE IRA match after one year
