Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Wage: $26.75/hour
  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Day/Evening/Night shifts available
  • Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our aircraft cleaning team!

Clean aircraft between flights to create a clean and comfortable flying experience for passengers.

Responsibilities

  • Clean aircraft according to the quality and safety standards of the customer and HHS.
  • Provide direction to cleaning agents on the proper use of equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee cleaning tasks to ensure an acceptable level of quality is delivered to the customer.
  • Interpret and communicate any items in question in company manuals or policies to cleaning agents.
  • Assist with hands-on training for cleaning agents.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors and managers regarding team member counseling or corrective action.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for customers, their aircraft, and team members.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to converse professionally with customers and team members.
  • Strong leadership skills in the workplace.
  • Ability to provide hands-on training.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • At least a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in aircraft cleaning is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Must be able to obtain airport security clearance.
  • Must be certified to complete and able to perform Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) duties.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
  • Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
  • Willing to work outside in all types of weather and in elevated noise levels within the airport environment.
