BILINGUAL (English-Spanish) Full Time Paralegal/legal assistant

• The Law Offices of Anthony A. Fatemi, LLC is looking to hire a full-time legal assistant/paralegal to assist the firm in handling Immigration, Personal Injury, Criminal, and Family Law cases.
• Answering phones, reporting and analyzing clients’ information and needs, and conducting paralegal and general office duties. Candidates must have a paralegal certificate.
• Candidates ideally must have 3-5 years’ law office experience. Proficiency in the Spanish language is a must. Candidates must also have excellent client communication skills, the ability to work as a team player, and to pay attention to detail.
• Finally, candidates must be technology savvy and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. We offer the best salary in the area.
