Full job description
As an AUMOVIO Controlling Analyst for Automotive Aftermarket and OES, you will be responsible for product costing, along with the creation of various costing standards that will be used. In addition, you will assist in Business Case development and analysis based on those standards.
Core Responsibilities
The Controlling Analyst will assist the Controlling Team with the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes, including uploading of actual, budget and forecast financial data in FRAME.
The successful candidate supports month-end closing (processing SAP transactions, posting journal entries and various reconciliations) and necessary yearend activities (e.g. costing and inventory related transactions, analysis of variations, fix costs, balance sheet items and assisting in annual financial audits).
The Controlling Analyst will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing Controlling and Management KPI PowerBI and/or SAP reports on a monthly basis, as well as creating special reports as required.
The successful candidate will need to adapt to conflicting deadlines and priorities established by company demands as well as perform other duties/assignments as directed by the Controlling Supervisor.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in controlling, finance, accounting or a similar discipline.
- Knowledge in SAP and advanced experience in Excel and PowerBi required.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with specific attention to detail and accuracy.
