### General Production – Manufacturing Team Member

📍 Pine Bluff, AR 🕒 Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts | Open Availability Required

### Position Overview

We’re hiring General Production Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Candidates hired into this role will be considered for a range of positions based on skills, interests, and production needs — including Assembly Technicians (or as we call it in the industry - Leafers or Core Coil Assembly Techs), Machine Operators (Coil Winding), Coil Repair, Welding, Insulation Cutting, Power Low Voltage, and Semi-Skilled roles.

You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors, learn new skills, and contribute directly to building products that keep the lights on across the country.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various hands-on production duties including assembly, operating equipment, welding, or coil repair depending on assignment.
  • Follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently; perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
  • Conduct visual and quality checks throughout production stages.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
  • Additional assigned duties.

### Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required — training provided.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
  • Open availability required — business hours and schedules may change based on production needs.

### Shift Information

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift - Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • All new hires start on 2nd Shift unless discussed.
  • Overtime may be required, including early start times or later end times.

### Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
  • Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
  • PPE: Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
  • Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
  • Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
  • Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
