Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, schedule, and close out
  • Have thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities; prepare and submit monthly job status reports
  • Have thorough knowledge of the company's contracts and understanding of all parties involved
  • Secure all required permits and verify insurance coverage for subs
  • Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activity
  • Supervise and manage project team members; set goals and evaluate performance for team members
  • Train and develop direct reports utilizing on the job and internal and external training or development opportunities
  • Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project
  • Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at owner and engineering firms
  • Participate in proposals and presentations as requested

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years construction experience required
  • Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish
  • Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach and evaluate a team; minimum 4 years supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in engineering or business a plus
  • Working for an electrical contractor on large scale construction
  • DBIA and LEED Accreditation
  • Mass transit and rail, highway, water, aviation, or other infrastructure project experience

Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. For this role the base salary range is $130,000-155,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
