About the Role

Orangetheory Fitness Fargo is looking for a passionate and driven Studio Manager to lead our high-energy fitness community in Fargo, ND. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a seamless and energizing member experience
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates and fitness staff
• Drive membership sales growth through local marketing, outreach, and community engagement
• Monitor and manage studio KPIs including membership revenue, retention, and attrition
• Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews
• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment standards, and brand compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and the Orangetheory brand
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Can work up to 45 hours per week if needed
• Proficiency with CRM or studio management software is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled holding a team accountable while creating a positive team culture
