Job Title: Staff Coordinator - Eclipse Drum and Bugle Corps

Job Type: Part-Time

Location: Midwest, USA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $7.50 - $10.00

Reports To: Corps Director - Eclipse Drum and Bugle Corps

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff scheduling, assignments, and communication across all ensemble sections
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between corps leadership and staff members
  • Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, and credentialing documentation
  • Assist in planning and executing rehearsal camps, tours, and competition events
  • Monitor staff performance and facilitate feedback processes in collaboration with corps director
  • Support a positive, professional, and inclusive corps culture among all staff
  • Staff and contractor travel arrangements
  • Maintain staff and travel budget in collaboration with NSPAF GBS Team and Eclipse Network.

Qualifications

  • Experience in drum corps, marching band, or performing arts administration preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and general office software
  • Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours during the competitive season
  • Passion for the marching arts and commitment to youth development
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Pass a background check (driving position will require a MV check)

Additional Details:

  • Flexible schedule allowed; one senior administrator must be on-site at all times.
  • Overtime and weekend work will be required in the summer.
  • Work will be done in varying conditions.
  • The position requires one weekend of availability between November - May.
  • June - August requires multiple weeks or sequential days of availability.

Compensation and Benefits
