# About the Role:

At Legacy Bids, our Customer Experience Team is the friendly face of our customer pickup operation. You'll play an essential role in creating a smooth, efficient pickup experience by picking customer orders, checking customers in upon arrival, and loading purchases into their vehicles safely and accurately.

This is a fast-paced, active position where every day is different. You'll rotate between all three key functions of our Customer Experience dept - Picking, Check-In, and Load Out—working closely with your teammates to keep orders moving and customers happy.

# What to Expect:

This is a hands-on role that keeps you moving throughout your entire shift. You'll spend your day walking throughout the warehouse picking customer orders, greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for pickup, and loading merchandise into customer vehicles in our outdoor, parking/curbside pickup area.

Because our Load Out and Check-In pick up areas are outdoors, you'll work in all types of weather—from summer temperatures that can exceed 115°F to cold, windy winter days. If you enjoy staying busy, don't mind working outside, and take pride in providing great customer service, this is the job for you.

Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. You'll use warehouse systems technology to locate orders, communicate with teammates, and ensure every customer receives the correct items quickly and efficiently.

# What You Bring:

You're dependable, energetic, and enjoy physical, fast-paced work. You can remain on your feet and walk for up to 10-hour shifts, regularly lift up to 50 lbs., and work comfortably in changing indoor and outdoor conditions throughout the year.

You have a positive attitude, communicate well with both customers and coworkers, and take pride in providing excellent service. You're organized, pay attention to detail, and understand that every interaction helps create a great customer experience.

Warehouse, order fulfillment, retail, and/or customer service experience is a plus—but what matters most is your willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and be a dependable member of the team. Bonus points if you're bilingual!
