D & D Construction LLC is looking for a skilled Handyman/Carpenter to join our growing team in Allentown, PA! This is a hands-on role where you'll tackle a variety of residential and commercial projects, bringing craftsmanship and quality to every job. Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, doors, windows, and finish carpentry
• Complete general handyman repairs and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial clients
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications
• Install cabinetry, flooring, drywall, and other structural or cosmetic components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing structures and recommend solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members on job progress

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, general construction, or handyman services
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
