Full job description
Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a Warehouse Worker I position at our Braselton DC for 1st Shift (7:00AM – 3:30PM), Monday - Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet trucks.
To be successful in this role you must have a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks
- Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products
- Unload, sort, and palletize inbound product from containers and/or trailers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology
- Perform daily cycle counting
- Sort, organize and build pallets
- Restocking/Stocking
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED is required
- 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse operations
- Certification in Powered Industrial Truck operation preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and organizational needs
- Physical capability to lift, up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
