We are currently looking for a:

Luau Cook -Sea Life Park

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily duties that include, but not limited to, food preparation, cooking/grilling, cleaning & utility, inventory & stocking.
• Abide by all food handling/safety protocols, procedure and policies at all times.
• Able to cover any position and any shift as needed (i.e. special and/or night events).
• Ensure that all work areas, food and equipment/utensils used are cleaned, stowed and secured in preparation for next day’s work in accordance to sanitation protocols.
• Garbage or food remains are secured and discarded appropriately.
• Additional duties or tasks as assigned or requested.

Working Conditions: Indoors and outdoors

Work Schedule: Flexible availability to include weekends and holidays

Equipment Used: All basic kitchen appliances & utensils as well as standard office equipment

Mental & Physical Demands: Frequent standing and walking; ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs

Communication Demands: Requires effective communication skills
