Primary Function of Position:
The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Intuitive’s sales and marketing initiatives by owning the logistics, coordination, and facilitation of system and product demo programs. This individual will work cross-functionally with diverse internal/external stakeholders not limited to sales, marketing, customer training, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless program execution across the U.S.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supports local market development events hosted by our sales and marketing teams. Includes partnering with sales reps to coordinate resources to ensure events are well executed
- Assists in coordinating for Intuitive’s mobile system program to efficiently and effectively support sales events and marketing symposia
- Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Maintains inventory of instruments and accessories and coordinates shipments to/from sales and marketing events throughout the country
- Support the execution of recurring quarterly deliverables such as reporting packages, performance reports, and dashboard/tool updates

- Computer proficiency; ability to edit and update Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Tableau, SQL, Snowflake and Salesforce
- Strong English language skills – ability to articulate and communicate (both written and verbal) in a way others can easily understand using different communication methods
- Ability to be level headed and resilient while resolving conflict
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Occasional travel may be required
Education and Training Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field with relevant job experience a plus
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Prior logistics experience a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools and data querying (Tableau, SQL) a plus
