We're looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in customer service and sales. No insurance experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist new and existing customers with their questions and needs.
  • Build relationships by providing friendly, professional customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email.
  • Schedule appointments for our licensed team members.
  • Help maintain customer accounts and update information.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business.
  • Work with the team to achieve individual and office sales goals.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Comfortable talking with customers over the phone and in person.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Organized with good attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
