Overview The Strategic Platforms Analyst analyzes, optimizes, and supports Chadwell Supply’s third-party procurement and purchasing platforms. This role partners with the Director of Sales Enablement to provide data-driven insights, identify trends, and improve platform performance and adoption. This position combines operational support with data analysis to identify opportunities, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.

### What you will need

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with procurement/P2P platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata,

Coupa, etc.).

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytical support roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience in sales enablement, operations, or customer success analytics.

How you will make an impact

  • Analyze platform performance, usage trends, and transaction data to identify optimization

opportunities.

  • Monitor system health, issue trends, and recurring challenges; recommend solutions.
  • Partner with IT and platform providers to improve functionality, integrations, and user

experience

  • Evaluate platform effectiveness and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency and

revenue growth.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to adoption, sales impact,

onboarding, and issue resolution.

  • Provide insights to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior within procurement systems.
  • Use Excel and other tools to automate reporting and improve data visibility.
  • Serve as an escalation point for platform issues, identifying root causes and trends.
  • Document and analyze support issues to drive long-term solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve reliability.
  • Support onboarding with a focus on tracking success metrics and identifying improvements.
  • Analyze onboarding effectiveness, adoption rates, and time-to-value.
  • Partner with Sales Administration, Credit, and IT to ensure data accuracy and

implementation success.

  • Identify training gaps and opportunities to improve adoption using data.
  • Support development of training materials and resources.
  • Provide insights to improve user experience.
  • Support projects through data analysis, performance tracking, and insights.
  • Assist in evaluating platforms, features, and integration opportunities.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
