This Industrial Electrician role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge automation machinery in a fast-paced, project-based environment. You will be responsible for building and wiring custom automated systems for a variety of industries—meaning no two projects are ever the same.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Assemble equipment according to approved designs and customer specifications
- Ensure that changes, issues, and problems are properly documented and communicated
- Perform assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision
- Assist with the execution and maintenance of ISO and Quality Standards
- Communicate with the project team regarding open issues and progress throughout the build process
- Support the successful execution of assigned projects related to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the assigned work area
- Effectively and safely troubleshoot wiring and electrical circuits, perform wiring in accordance with NEC standards, and read and interpret electrical schematics

What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Related vocational or technical education preferred
- Minimum of one year of electrical experience required. Experience may include electrical work in construction, residential, commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
- Journeyman's card preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Intermediate knowledge of schematic interpretation, panel building, machine wiring, and electrical troubleshooting
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a strong focus on safety and quality
- Ability to accept direction and complete assigned tasks while working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a steady work pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working on, around, and beneath machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required
- Ability to obtain Hi-Lo (Forklift), Aerial Platform, and Overhead Crane certifications, as well as Lockout/Tagout training, while employed at JR Automation
- Ability to provide personal hand tools and a toolbox appropriate for the position (a recommended tool list will be provided)
- Previous JR Automation experience or experience within the automation industry is strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including domestic and international travel, depending on project requirements
