The E-Commerce Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless online shopping experience by supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This position is responsible for coordinating product launches, maintaining accurate site content, and ensuring our digital storefront is optimized to drive sales and enhance the member experience.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, E-Commerce, and serving as a central operational hub, this role blends organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration. You will connect our front-end Shopify platform with Microsoft D365 ERP, Nosto personalization, Loop Returns, and Avalara tax systems, while partnering closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Retail Operations, and Technology teams to shape how members discover and shop our premium retail assortment online.
Responsibilities
- Storefront Management, Merchandising & Calendaring
- Update Shopify product pages, copy, imagery, tags, navigation, and collections to maintain accurate site content.
- Coordinate and execute product launches and promotional updates in alignment with the e-commerce calendar.
- Configure Nosto to optimize product recommendations, cross-sells, and personalized on-site content to improve the online customer journey.
- Help identify opportunities to drive sales and optimize site performance through data and insights.
- Systems, Integrations & Inventory
- Monitor the data sync between Shopify and Warehouse WMS platform for efficient order processing.
- Audit inventory availability and stock levels across systems to prevent overselling and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain tax compliance rules and product tax codes within Avalara.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 F&O ERP for inventory and financial management.
- Strong understanding of GA4, Adobe Analytics, AI systems, etc. for reporting and business intelligence.
- Post-Purchase & Member Experience
- Support the Loop Returns platform configuration to optimize return rules and exchange workflows, enhancing the post-purchase member experience.
- Resolve stuck orders, sync errors, or failed transactions between Shopify, warehouse WMS platform, and Loop.
- Collaborate with customer service and Retail Operations to address technical checkout or return friction points.
- Technical Collaboration & Issue Tracking
- Partner closely with the Technology team to manage platform enhancements and resolve site issues.
- Author clear, actionable bug tickets and feature requests in Jira for the development team.
- Track the status of technical issues, site regressions, and third-party app integration errors in Jira.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience supporting an e-commerce business, digital merchandising, or online retail operations
- Platform & Software Expertise: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify admin panel.
- ERP Familiarity: Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a similar enterprise ERP to monitor inventory and orders.
- App Ecosystem: Prior experience using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications, warehouse management systems, JIRA, Nosto, Loop Returns, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Avalara (or direct equivalents).
- Project Management & Collaboration: Proficiency with Jira software to log tickets, track issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams.
- Core Competencies: High organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional, customer-focused, digital experiences.
Pay Transparency: Min $70 - Max $85k
