- Pay: $18.42 - $55.00 per flat rate hour.
- Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.
- Department Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30am-5:30am, Saturday: 8am-5pm and Sunday: Closed

What You'll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Ensure all used vehicles are retail-ready by completing quality inspections and necessary repairs.
- Perform mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning to prepare vehicles for sale.
- Deliver high-quality expertise while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.
- Help ensure every pre-owned vehicle is customer-ready before it reaches the sales lot.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of automotive technician, lube technician, or maintenance experience.
- Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Toyota or Lexus experience but not required.
- ASE certifications.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The Flat Rate Range for this position is $18.42 - $55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
