About the Team

Mainstreet Customer Management is seeking a Manager level, Product Manager to lead our contextual and event-based offer decisioning space. This role is an individual contributor (IC) role with no direct tech team. We are seeking a thought-leader who is excited to develop a high-level strategy to determine how offers should be leveraged and extended to existing customers within Mainstreet. We are seeking a Product Manager who has a strong aptitude to use data to tell data-driven stories, quickly learns and pivots based on what the space needs, and can work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to get work done.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
