That’s why we need you, a management professional who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a management analyst on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and a wide array of engineering professionals to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with your clients. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with strategic communications or project management
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial or cost analysis field
• Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate, and MS Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Experience working with executive-level clients
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail, and be flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities
• Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field

Nice If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in DoW, Navy, or Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Mission Systems, formerly known as NAVWAR, organizations
• Experience with process improvement or strategic planning
• Experience with DoW Acquisition
• Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, or Tableau
• Knowledge of DoW systems engineering
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations and teams
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
