- Pay: $23.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex issues with luxury vehicles, including but not limited to engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements, to the highest standards of quality and precision.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company standards.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a luxury vehicle technician, with a strong background in high-end brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Audi.
- Advanced technical knowledge of luxury vehicle systems, including but not limited to advanced driver assistance systems, infotainment systems, and hybrid/electric powertrains.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications, such as ASE Master Technician or equivalent.
- Work with specialized diagnostic equipment and software, including but not limited to factory-level scan tools and programming software.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle manufacturer guidelines and protocols, ensuring adherence to factory standards and procedures.
