GLO Wisconsin is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our growing team in the Milwaukee area.
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an active environment, and wants to build experience while developing valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Whether you already have experience in retail or customer-facing work or are looking for an opportunity to develop professionally, our team provides hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing a friendly and professional customer experience
- Speaking with customers and understanding their needs
- Introducing current products, services, and promotions
- Answering questions and providing accurate information
- Supporting sales and customer acquisition goals
- Maintaining strong knowledge of current campaigns
- Working alongside the team to achieve daily targets
- Representing our clients in a positive and professional manner

Training & Development
