  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys building relationships and creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or other ATS platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in technology and cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to work from our Lehi office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Why Join Netcraft

  • Opportunity to own and deliver hiring across the US with real visibility and impact.
  • Exposure to a wide range of roles, from entry-level through senior leadership hiring.
  • Be part of a mission-driven cybersecurity company tackling real-world threats.
  • Join a global, high-performing Talent Acquisition team where execution and impact are highly valued.
  • Collaborate in person with colleagues from our Lehi office three days per week while maintaining flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
