Sr. Manager, Product Management - Learning and Development Strategy & Associate Growth

As Senior Manager of Product Management, you'll own the L&D product strategy and roadmap — setting direction, tracking outcomes against a measurable business case, and bringing senior stakeholders a clear point of view on where to invest next. This is a role for a PM ready to connect learning priorities across Talent, Performance, and business strategy — and to lead with evidence and a defined recommendation, not just a set of options. You’ll lead a team focused on shaping and executing the strategy to enable associate growth —helping make Capital One the best place for associates to build their careers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
