About the Role

Selby Furniture Hardware Co Inc is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Clerk to join our team in the Bronx, NY! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on warehouse environment where your hard work and attention to detail make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of furniture hardware and related products
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or customer pickup
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in designated storage locations
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed
• Keep warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
