What You Will Contribute:

# Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads hourly manufacturing employees and oversees daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved. This role provides hands-on leadership, coaching, and support while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing departments.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach hourly manufacturing employees to maximize productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Communicate production goals, expectations, and operational updates to employees and leadership.
  • Monitor daily operations, staffing, equipment utilization, and workflow to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Utilize manufacturing systems for production scheduling, materials management, and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve production issues involving materials, equipment, quality, and processes.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and labor agreements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, manage attendance, and support employee development and training.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment.

## Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
  • Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with MSDS/SDS requirements.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred.
