Goffena Furniture, Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Manager/Customer Service professional to join our team in Sidney, OH. Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain a clean, bright and efficient warehouse
- Receive, inspect and process incoming freight
- Assemble furniture and assist with moving heavy merchandise
- Coordinate and manage delivery personnel
- Answer customer calls and provide friendly professional service
- Diagnose furniture concerns and determine repair needs
- Order, receive and track replacement parts
- Schedule and complete furniture repairs
What we are looking for:
- Able to safely lift and move heavy furniture
- Have a clean driving record
- Self motivated, organized and dependable
- Comfortable working with customers and staff
- Strong communications and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn, on the job training is provided
- Furniture, warehouse, delivery or repair experience is helpful but not required
